But the Oilers resigned Chaisson as well. So they kick him off McDs line and his production drops off so basically it's a wash then, no? Also no guarantees Neal plays with McDavid. Neal is a very slow cherry picker (Chaisson is faster too) McDavid needs fast linemates it's why Lucic was taken away from MD. McDavid also hangs back from the play often to get those breakaways can't have 2 players on the same line doing that. I bet Neal last 10 games or less with McD if they play together
