Yelesin has potential, but it's impossible to say he is an NHL defenseman right now and her certainly shouldn't be 4 or 5 on the list.
As someone alluded to earlier plenty of very good KHL players haven't been able to sustain an NHL career. Dawes, Cervenka, Nakladal, Shipachyov, etc. Not to mention he has has 2-4 more years of development time than a lot of these prospects.
