Nikolayev could very well make his way into the top 5 for next year but he’ll need to seriously improve on his 25 points in 41 games inthe MHL. Yes he was very good internationally but he needs to drive the bus without Podkolzin carrying the load.
Otherwise it’s just Svechnikov/Lipanov all over again.
