The stats are widely available (here), the problem with providing details on the calls are twofold:
1. Protecting the privacy of those involved in said calls (offenders, victims and witnesses) and;
2. Providing those details while protecting the privacy in 1. What level of detail is enough? Who is going to pay for every report to be scrutinized to ensure privacy is upheld just in case someone wants to know. While each incident has to be classified into a certain category (assault/domestic/robbery/mental health) they all have a unique set of factors that require different levels of response.

If you want details of an incident place a FOIP request, but be prepared to shell out the cash for every request you place, as it takes time/money to prepare each request.
