Yeah I have a hard time placing Parsons but I agree with this list.
Top 4 feels clear.
Then I have a grouping of small but talented forwards that are tough to separate:
Phillips
Pettersen
Zavgorodniy
Koumontzis
Nikolaev
Sveningsson
Parsons probably fits somewhere in the top 10 still as well, and I like Pospisil's raw tool kit as well and he had a great year in the USHL even though he was a bit of an older prospect since he spent the extra year there.

I'm not sure what Koumontzis has done to be in that group? He seems to have limited upside...
