but at least players coming from below this line are on pace. Can't really say a bad word about any of the 2018 draft picks and how they're developing a year later. That's a good sign. Add in Phillips, Sveningsson ... the list is maybe thin on can't miss, but it's starting to widen in that coming along category.

Yeah I have a hard time placing Parsons but I agree with this list.
Top 4 feels clear.
Then I have a grouping of small but talented forwards that are tough to separate:
Phillips
Pettersen
Zavgorodniy
Koumontzis
Nikolaev
Sveningsson
Parsons probably fits somewhere in the top 10 still as well, and I like Pospisil's raw tool kit as well and he had a great year in the USHL even though he was a bit of an older prospect since he spent the extra year there.
