If your definition of dominance being over is that this year they might not win 13 or more games, finish first in the regular season in the CFL, win the west final and be in the Grey Cup like they have since 2016, then that's probably a reasonable preliminary viewpoint to take this year given the roster turnover and injuries. But again probably still preliminary as there are still 15 games to go and they haven't exactly disqualified themselves from doing so just because they lost late in one game to the REDBLACKS.

If your definition of dominance is finishing 1st or 2nd in the west pretty much year in year out. Then saying their era of dominance is over and they will revert back to being just like any other team in the west not just this year but beyond is probably way too premature and bordering on nonsense. The reason why is because the source of the Stampeders dominance transcends any collection of players, coaches, etc. It's Huff and the organization and brand he's built. He's turned over the entire roster numerous times since 2008 and most years they finish first in the division and if not second (They tied 2nd and lost the tie breaker so they technically finished 3rd once in 2011). Hosting a home playoff game is so standard for the team they they casually just include the ticket in the STH package and no one complains. If they struggle this year it will likely be an aberration and they will be back again next year and the next year and so forth so long as Huff is running things.
