Last night, I had my first can of pop in about a week. I've been able to drink a bottle a day so far (500 mL though). As some of you have mention, don't think about it. Just drink it. I definitely have noticed that water quenches your thirst quickly, much like Powerade/Gatorade does. It's nice to knowing the sugar factor isn't an issue. I'm trying to leave any pop drinking I do to the weekend and throughout the week, continue with drinking water.
