Jerry West also pretty much cements himself as the GOAT of the front office. Built the Lakers Shaq-Kobe dynasty, made the Grizzlies a borderline contender, built the Warriors dynasty, has made the Clippers an organization to take seriously. Don't ever consider replacing him as the logo, he might be the greatest NBA figure ever factoring his playing career in.
