Conversation at my water cooler point to folks bring concerned that the flames overachieved in the regular season last year and the playoffs were a better reflection of what the flames will deliver in 19/20....with the added concern that (due to cap constraints) the team will lose more than it adds this off-season.
They might be out to lunch, but I think there is a “not immaterial” portion of the fan base that share this concern.
I hope you’re right, but we’ll have to see what (if any) rabbits BT can pull out of his hat in the next month.
