He'd be the class of 2022, no? Right now he doesn't have a lot of competition for the HOF.
2020 -- Iginla, Hossa, and then there are guys like Doan and Brian Campbell who are unlikely to get in
2021 -- Sedin, Sedin, Zetterberg, maybe Rick Nash? And then there are guys like Brian Gionta and Patrick Sharp who are well on the outside.
You have the typical snubs like Alfredsson and Mogilny but I think Luongo had better careers than both of them. Of course more people will likely retire after this past season but I don't think Luongo will have any trouble getting in.
