Frolik is a decent player but I think we held onto him a little too long to get anything of value for him. With the cap coming in lower than expected no one is looking for bottom six forwards making much over league min. I would be happy with a 3rd round pick and the extra cap space.
Then flip Brodie + Janko to Toronto for Kadri and we are set for next season.
