I'm going to recommend whatever Bond 25 is named well in advance of knowing anything about it based on the incredible, brilliant Phoebe Waller-Bridge being one of the writers.
Waller-Bridge TV creations include the spectacular Fleabag (Amazon) and Killing Eve.
The female viewpoint she writes into everything she does is masterful, imo. And adds a feminist perspective that finally makes sense to this old dinosaur. She immediately shoots down the question, when asked about how she must relish the thought of updating Bond, and states Bond must stay true to his character : Bond is Bond. But she will give voice to the women in Bond, and I know that will be brilliant.
We need more female voices like hers, and her surprisingly refreshing take on nonesense like 'the best shows on TV created by women' lists, etc is perfect summed up in this short bit of dialogue in S02E03 of Fleabag
TLDR
Pheobe Waller-Bridge is a gem.
