Apparently it's a moot point, because Smith was wrong. Kerr has announced that Klay is expected tomorrow, but has ruled out Durant for game 4. Durant was expected to take part in some scrimmage action today, but that did not happen.
So, Klay at probably less than 100%, and no KD. There's a chance to take both games, and they need to take advantage of that.
