Although the not playing normally would likely trigger it I think that could be passed off as just being tired and regaining his strength.

the not drinking part should have been a concern, though.
last time my daughter was quite ill, I was told by health link if after 8 hours I can't get any fluids into her to keep her hydrated, to get our butts to the hospital. better safe than sorry.
