Somebody needs to remind the Blues that they can't win with a loser like that on their team. Or at least that's what people were saying about him because of Buffalo and Colorado being terrible teams with him despite just being terrible teams.

Yeah I will never understand this line of thinking.
Players are part of the team. Some teams are better than others. That does not detract, nor elevate, the play of individual players.
ROR, win or lose, is a tremendous hockey player. Always has been.
