I think if you're going on a Fri-Sun then express pass would be worth the extra money. I've always gone early in the week in the summers and the longest wait was about 45mins at most. This is for Universal Hollywood.

What's a fair price for flights to Palm Springs in early August? I've been tracking prices and it's right around $1600 for 4 people with Westjet.
