.925 and 2.52 are pretty impressive. Much more impressive than Rittich’s .911 and 2.61.
On a one year deal, this is about where Rittich should land. The big difference between the two being that Rittich played nearly double the games, but Brossoit has significantly stronger numbers.

Brossoit had a nice save percentage last year but he hadn’t done anything in the AHL or NHL to make me believe he is anything more than an NHL backup.
I wasn’t comparing him to Rittich..
