All wrapped up into a tidy bow. That was an ending made by people wearing kiddy gloves.

Long and short of it. Starks got what they wanted. Won the game of Thrones. Bran in the 6 kingdoms, Sansa at home, and Jon (Who the hell is gonna regulate me up here in the far north, no one, thats who) Snow back at "The Wall". All the Minor houses at the table just back to normal, no gains no losses.

Honestly, I think Snow got a proper and sneaky hero's send off to the only place he wanted to be, where he belonged. Out of the way of the rest of the world doing his own thing.

Loved how Kings Landing went straight back to boring tedium after the whole thing. Loved that that was how we left Kings landing.

Confused a tad as to where Arya was headed. Back to Bravos to serve No One? Or off doing her own thing in part unknown?

Dany's death was really well done. Then slightly ruined with Drogons finish.

Really loved how you could see Jon having the love fog lifted from his eyes when Danys said they won't have a choice. He loved her, but right then and there he Knew he was in love with a madwoman.

This final season may not have gone the way a lot of people wanted but I am just damned grateful we got 8 seasons of amazing fantasy TV filled with a myriad of amazing story and character. Sad its gone and sad it ended. Not mad like so many about how it ended either.
