I haven’t read the thread yet so apologies if this has been mentioned but I honestly believe that the Red Wings scouting staff and AHL staff developing those kids deserve the credit for the Red Wings success a decade ago. Holland was just the guy at the podium.
Nothing will change in that organization until Katz is gone.
