Few things. That wiki link doesn’t seem to mention why they think the MCU is earth 199999. Seems arbitrary, no? Unless it’s been specifically stated by a trustworthy source, I’m not sure we can say for sure what earth they’re on

Also since everyone is speculating that Mysterio is BSing Spidey and Fury, I don’t think we can yet accept that clip as proof that the MCU is 616.
