Earth 616 has been referenced quite a few times. It was one of the dimensions showing on the portal screen in Into the Spiderverse.
616 was also the number on the cage where Ant Mans van was kept in storage for the 5 years post snap.
Neither are definitive but interesting Easter eggs imo.
