I wouldn't be surprised to see the Leafs trade Nylander even if it means selling low. There could be some bad blood there after the holdout and he disappointed after he joined the team. He is only 22 and could easily rebound.
Peters mentioned maybe moving Lindholm to center. I would assume that he would center the second line, in which case we would need a top 6 RW.
Having said that, we would need to move salary to make it happen.
