Here's a long, but good, video showing the process of making the episode...

Some people have noted that Sansa had a dragonglass dagger but didn't do anything with it and just hid behind a crypt while the dead were overrunning the place. Based on this video, it appears they actually did shoot scenes of Sansa and Tyrion killing the reanimated corpses, but it didn't make it into the final episode (around 19 minutes into the video).

I also find it funny that the behind-the-scenes footage shot on set is actually well-lit and you can see everything. Then, they cut to the actual scenes from the show and everything is super-dark.
