Jeff Davison was quoted on 770 this morning saying he is optimistic something will get done, the City is just doing extensive internal review for their end, and said unlike the previous round in (assuming in 2017), the City has a willing partner willing to put up significant investment. Very high level quote, but encouraging to say the least.
