But I get it. It is more of a symbolic gesture. It wasn’t cups shoes or pots or pans, or, y’know, things. It was something that someone bought for some reason, maybe they want to be part of something.
People dropped hundreds on tickets to be entertained, to see a team who wants to win and appears to be trying to do so.
I get it if Bingo was being funny, saying it was unacceptable because it was an Edmonton thing, and there is moral superiority.
