Won't be easy, you are right.
But there are other team who are unhappy with their season, missed the playoffs, will go home early in round 1.
There's also teams that have cap issues, need to move free agents or need to sell their strong assets to fill up other holes in their rosters.
BT will have his work cut out for him, but it's not like 30 other teams are all 100% happy with what they have and looking at Calgary as the only team with problems to solve.
There could be 1 for 1 moves or multi player moves that address problem areas for both teams.
At least exploring those is much better than expecting things will work themselves out with this group as is.
