I've done various things including checking the connections but nothing works. This computer is being replaced anyway and I have a new PC coming from Dell. I think I'll just wait for that. If anyone has any magical answers for me I'm willing to try but I don't want to do an expensive fix for a computer that will be replaced in a few days anyway. Thanks for the reponses.
