That was the toughest part for me. I love pop. LOVE it. Drank it all the time. Cutting out fast food was also tough, because at the time, I was working at Burger King and we got free pop all the time and half priced food. It all comes down to will power and how badly you want it. It's what makes it so darn tough. But once you make it routine, and you start seeing results, nothing makes you want to stick to it more.
