No, he didn't. He said "but when people are asking for your Valimakis, your Andersons, your first, you have to step back" (or something along those lines). That does not mean Vegas wanted Valimaki + Anderson+ a 1st. It means those were assets that were asked for in the deal.
GMs never come out and say exactly what was offered in a deal that fell through.
