Hold refs responsible for being ####ty at their jobs. No ref is going to be perfect and there's going to be infractions that happen out of his line of sight but there's so many calls/non-calls that are just inexcusable.
When a ref has a horrible game like the last two games sit them down and go through all the bad calls they made and didn't make. Give them less games until they improve and if they don't fire them. Just like umpires refs know they can get away with doing a half ass job and being ######bags to certain players/teams they don't like. People say Johnny complains too much but that's no excuse for a ref to be a dick.
If I don't do my job right and/or act unprofessional I get disciplined. They should be no different.
