What if GG didn't ruin Sam Bennett, and he panned out as we hoped he would've? The Flames then would have great centre depth in Bennett being that player that could take pressure off Gaudreau, and Monahan would be a #2C which I think would compliment him better playing with Tkachuk.
I know that it's not a guarantee that GG ruined Bennett, but consider how well he did under Hartley in his first season, it's not out of the realm he had a negative influence since lots of players diminished with Gulutzan.
