Why should a front-line employee, in this day and age, feel a
right to job security
regardless of being in the employ of a public or private enterprise? I'd love to understand that rationale?
A public sector employee already makes
over 10 percent more than an equivalent private sector employee. Add on the pension and this apparent 'right' to job security and, wow, maybe I should join the public service!!
