Nice job, sounds like there are a lot of people on the board who are struggling with their weight.
I'm 6'0, 185, but my body fat % is too high. I'd like to get down to 175 and 15% BF... that'd be good enough for me.
My cardio conditioning blows right now, and I haven't been consistently working out in a long time. Steady meals, lots of water and sleep are also important factors to overall health.
You're the 3rd person that I know directly who has had fantastic results on the Dr. B diet - it is for real.
