The last we saw of her was in King's Landing during the 'conference' in the season 7 finale. She was there to represent Sansa, so I would assume she's returned to Winterfell.
Or maybe she's gone off to save her one true love...Tormund Giantsbane.
Also, was the burning child and body parts meant to represent the Targaryen sigil?
