It's amazing what an hour of exercise a day can do in terms of getting your body to work for you when it comes to burning off calories. My weight was down when I lived in Winnipeg and walked to and from work every day but when I moved to Edmonton and had to drive to work I found it harder to find time to exercise and my weight went up as a result.

However, the breakfast thing is the one that I always neglect.

What type of multi-vitamins do you use?
