Congrats, that should benefit your overall health a great deal long term....I'm going the wrong way on the weight scale. Went from 6'-2 175, 3 years ago to about 200 on New Years day. Trying to get it back down to about 185 with a more disciplined diet and more activity. In the first week I lost about a 2 pounds. Seems minimal, but keeping this type of thing in check at my age will hopefully keep it from ever getting out of control. Ideally my goal is to keep my body fat % at around 9.5-10%. For years it was in that level but the past couple I've been lazy and ate poorly and now it's like 14.
