Dallas,TX- Krys Kolanos had a strong night and lead Dallas to their fourth win of the season. The young center had a goal and 2 assists as he contributed on all 3 Dallas goals in a 3-2 victory over the Panthers. Wiemer who had 2 points extended his point scoring streak to an impressive nine games. Kolanos and Bednar both scored the team leading ninth goal of the season. Also Sandy McCarthy who was recently called up scored his first of the season.

Goaltender Ryan Miller picked up his second win of the season and improved his record to 2-0-0. Unfortunetly he was caught in a collision with Radek Martinek and had to leave the game in the third period. He is day to day and it is unknown exactly when he will be back. For the time being the Stars have placed a claim for Antero Niitymaki who is on waivers and if claimed will backup Chris Osgood. Also on the injury front Antti Laaksonen will again miss tomorrow's game as he is still struggling with his injury and continues to be day to day. Orszagh has a minor wrist injury and expects to be out for only another week or two.

The Stars will face the New Jersey Devils tomorrow afternoon. This will be the Stars sixth game is six days and they will then get a short two day rest.
