None of these are really appealing as a place to live and i have been to all of them with the exception of San Antonio and Austin, i would have to go with Kona or Lahaina.
One item that would have to be a must for me is to be near the ocean in sub tropical or tropical climate. I could be persuaded on Charleston, SC but the climate there can be very harsh.
