Does flip flopping on support of a dam and still having one candidate say the party has it as a priority while another candidate says the party doesn’t support it articulate a cogent vision?
They also had to go back and re-word their OT plans because it was absolutely not cogent. Combine that with their leader saying it’s a tolerant party but a bunch of candidates showing they aren’t very tolerant doesn’t show they’re prioritizing anything clearly.
