Maybe someone should ask Kenney what Albertans can expect with regards to whether a "carbon tax" still has to be paid as soon as he repeals it in the Legislature. I doubt many Albertans are under the impression that "killing a carbon tax" doesn't actually kill a carbon tax. But I doubt the UCP would state this directly. They need their "feel good" moment for populist sentiment.
