Has anyone in a safety sensitive job had their employer change their views or testing procedures for marijuana?
My employer has a testing policy of post incident urine tests for safety sensitive positions and 0 tolerance (rehab or get fired). For non safety sensitive, there is a urine test for detection and a mouth swab for recency of use.
Has there been other companies with similar staffing that has adopted a more lenient approach in testing?
