Hi all

I was rumbling through my storage room the other day and came across 10 boxes of old books that I haven't read in some time. I've decided to spread some literacy to the masses.

I have two books that are Calgary Flames based. So I decided to do a giveaway for fun.

The first book is

The second is Lanny's autobiography. The book above documents the Flames run to the 1986 Cup Finals. I would also be willing to throw in Mark Spectors Battle of Alberta Book because everyone needs toilet paper.

So the contest

in the spirit of the Oilers not making the playoffs . . . again, the winning contestant will post the best possible movie poster that they can think of that truly represents E=NG. This isn't about the best photoshopper, technical merits have no place here. This is all about the best and funniest piece of concept art.

This is a democracy, the person that receives the most thanks for their poster wins. If they don't live in Calgary, I'll ship the books, if they do, we can arrange a drop, or dead drop if you're into that spying stuff.

I think there has to be an expiry date on this contest, so the doors will close in a week, next Tuesday, whatever the date is.
