Mind you, I’m not sure what deBoer was doing. Didn’t seem like he was trying to fight back. He played Couture for only 14 minutes. Thornton, Hertl, and Meier didn’t get much more.
I guess the Flames maximized the SJ PK time by not scoring on the PP!
