I’m not sure Peters has the same expectations for Prout as he does for Giordano, though in a case where he felt either was underperforming I’d expect him to actually address it as opposed to complain to his kid about it. Just my thoughts.

If you weren’t trying to insinuate that there were many underperforming employees I think you could have chosen your words a little better. But my apologies if I misinterpreted what you wrote.

In all seriousness I don’t think I was defending the union employees so much as I was being critical of a manager who seems to be struggling to find ways to get the most out of their employees
