Flames win tonight and the Sharks lose in regulation the Flames clinch the Pacific. If Winnipeg also loses to the Habs the Flames would clinch the West.
Also if the Oilers lose tomorrow and the Avs win they will be officially eliminated.
All this starts with a Flames win tonight

Very technically, the Oilers cannot be officially eliminated tomorrow.
A Colorado ROW tonight, combined with an Oilers regulation loss, clinches at least a tie in points and ROW. If the Oilers won out and the Avs Lost out, the game between them in there would tie the next tiebreaker, which is season series, so it would go to the final tiebreaker, which is goal differential over the whole season. Colorado would be ahead by at least 47 in that, with 4 games left for each team, but technically possible for the Oilers to make up. A oilers win over the Abs by about 15 goals would get them to where the other games would only have to be won or lost by reasonable amounts.
