In BC insurance pays out if you have done nothing wrong what so ever at times, I had a foster kid walk in front of a car a few years ago middle of the night wearing black, probably with head phones on, got 3 million out of ICBC, car wasn't speeding driver wasn't drunk, purely the kids fault frankly
