My work does this program where you can recognize others for their efforts above and beyond and they get a Bravo award that entitles that person to a gift card from like 100 places. Last season I had $200 in those awards that lead to a NHLshop purchase of an authentic Tkachuk Jersey. I just cashed in $150 to help pay for a vintage Monahan jersey (fanatics) and it should be here next week and in time for the playoffs. I am pumped.
