Yes, I am serious. He nearly cost us the NJ game with shoddy attempts at making saves. With the defender being in position to block the pass, he seemed to be slightly off in his positioning, not 100% over to cover the shot properly. That was enough for Werenski to do his thing. Same thing happened in the NJ game.
Rittich also allowed 2 other shots past him in the period. The Flames are fortunate to be up at the moment.
I'm not trying to be a downer by any stretch. I want him to be better than he has been showing of late.
