IT will take some very good management to overcome those screw ups. So if ownership doesn't makes changes in a few weeks, well, congrats Pacific division you won't really need to worry about the canucks for a few more years yet!

Uh they didn't pick those players, so yeah it's still hindsight. They obviously liked something about the players they picked or disliked something about the players they passed on. Looking back three years later and realizing you made a wrong call is still hindsight.
